There will be no pre-entry COVID verification requirements for events with less than 1,000 attendees.
Per state guidelines, masks are recommended indoors, regardless of vaccination status.
Because additional health and safety requirements may be in place for the concert you’re attending, we strongly encourage all guests to check the website for any updates prior to your event.
If you purchase tickets to a live in-person concert and are unable to attend, we will be happy to offer you a ticket to the livestream of that concert. Alternatively, you may request a credit for a seat at a future in-person concert, to be used within the following twelve months.
If we are unable to offer live concerts, you will automatically receive a ticket to a Home Concert Hall performance by that artist instead.
