The Steinway Society is a nonprofit organization, and our programs would not be possible without the donations we receive from our community. On average, it costs over $10,000 to bring an artist to our stage and facilitate the resulting concert experience. Unfortunately, ticket prices cover only a portion of Steinway Society’s costs to present artists in recital.
Unless otherwise specified, 100% of your donation will go toward our General Fund, which supports our ongoing work, including concerts by invited artists and community performances.
A “matching gift” is a donation made to a nonprofit organization by a corporation or foundation on behalf of one of its employees. A matching gift can double, triple, or even quadruple a contribution! Contact your Human Resources department for information about your company’s program. Submit your employer’s matching-gift donation form to Steinway Society at PO Box 112370, Campbell, CA 95011-2370 or email it to office@steinwaysociety.com.
A bequest from your will or trust to our Legacy Fund is a gift that will bring great classical-piano performances to the community for generations to come. Please consult with your attorney or estate planner for the proper wording.
