An Audience Favorite Returns: Vyacheslav Gryaznov in November

Vyacheslav Gryaznov has established himself as an exceptional pianist, transcriptionist and arranger, earning widespread acclaim. His recital at Yale’s Sprague Hall was described as “phenomenal,” and SF Classical Voice praised him for his “exemplary control of different voices,” noting that it felt as if he were performing with an entire symphonic orchestra.

His studies include earning a graduate degree with honors from the renowned Moscow Conservatory, where he also pursued postgraduate work as both a student and a teacher. In 2018, he completed the Artist Diploma program at Yale University under the guidance of Professor Boris Berman from the Yale School of Music.

He is the youngest Russian to publish with Schott Music. His album of Russian transcriptions was released in 2018 on the Steinway & Sons label as part of his first prize at the 2016 New York Concert Artists Worldwide Audition.

Above all, he captivates audiences with the magic he brings to Russian piano music, conveying tales of beauty, pain, history, and joy through his artistry. Steinway Society – The Bay Area is proud to present him in Silicon Valley on November 16, 2024.
